I was overcharged an extra 70% on the face value of a ticket and then a further 30% in admin fees (I only realised the extra $70 was added o the cost of the ticket when I got my receipt. I haven't got any tickets so had to buy through ticketmaster as well - I have got the tickets at half the price!!!

They do not clearly show the final price before taking payment details. After taking payment details they very clearly display the final price which is disproportionately higher than the invitation to treat.

My daughters bought two fake tickets for Ed Sheeran show in Perth on 2nd March. They were denied entry at the gate as the tickets were fake. Fraudulent website which I intend to report to the police.

Said 3 tickets were £40 each, then at the end it said for all 3 it would cost over £500 so we cancelled the order...or so we thought, they now won’t give us a refund for tickets we didn’t buy

It was Viagogo being on google that roped me in. I relied that Google would only show me adverts from legitimate companies, but I was wrong .
