I am a victim of this shameful company. Bought 4 tickets to a concert and paid 150$ for each 70$ tickets...overcharged us without notice with around 200$. It is called theft!

I recently purchased tickets through Viagogo for the Lorde concert at the Sydney Opera house on 22nd November 17.
The website looked very professional and although the tickets were a lot dearer than others they made it all seem very rushed and I didn't want to miss out. Once I had confirmed, accepted and allowed the processing of my cc there was a very unexpected booking fee of around $45 each for the 2 tickets so they ended up costing me an extra $90 That I had not authorised. How this is allowed to happen is disgusting and after popping onto their website and Facebook pages boy did I realise I should have done some research first.
They are a sham, they are disgraceful and they are causing so many people a lot of anguish.

Totally got ripped off! Viagogo was the first link to pop up on my Google search engine, when I searched to buy concert tickets! I didn't realise it was a ticket resell site! I was over charged and ripped off!

Viagogo is a scam and puts people under a stress that no one should ever deal with. I am appalled that this "business" is still running! It should be taken down immediately !!!

Been overcharged - tickets have another name on them - etickets could have been sold umpteen times. Say they are 'Official Ticket Sellers' - NO they are not.
