I got robbed by viagogo, i ordered 2 tickets and they made me pay the booking fee and posting fee twice!!!

Took 3x the price from my account AFTER transaction complete. NOT what was shown on screen! Tickets were refused at venue. I was charged £27 for an 80p queue jump. Sent me two messages then ignored for past 6 months.

Bought a ticket for 280 euros but ended up paying 400 because of hidden fees. The customer service is terrible. Overall a sickening experience that has only brought me distress and anger. And I still haven't got my ticket...
