I did eventually get my money back from these shysters but it was a month of stress that I could have lived without. Overpromise, Overcharge and Underdeliver. They tarnish other peoples lives

Viagago stole my money. I bought tickets that were unexpectedly £200 more than I expected, they wouldn't refund and just said I had to sell them again. So I sold them months ago, and they simply haven't paid me. I've emailed endlessly and they give no money and no explanation. They're just a scam site that steals peoples money. :(

Viagogo had me pay double the original stated price then refused to let me cancel the tickets. They have kept my money and never sent any tickets

Bought and paid for tickets for Justin Bieber Johannesburg. Tickets never arrived, tracking number didn't exist. Managed to speak to the 'call center' twice. They were 'investigating' the matter - 5 days later, could no longer get hold of them. No tickets no refund - FRAUD!!!!!

Total pirates no warning that you are paying DOUBLE cost price my tickets are marked "pre sale" cant find out if valid taking 80 year old mam would hate if she cant get in

Re-sell option advertised not actually available until I supposedly get my overpriced tickets up to 3 days before event. No ability to contact, phone numbers out of service.
