Excessive booking fees are hidden (if shown) until ythey take payment and sly time pressure tactics make you purchase before you have time to look for hidden details.

Gave me fake Phil Collins tickets . Lost hundreds of pounds in travel and hotel expenses, incidentals etc . Never got to see my artist totally ruined an Xmas present . Won't take any responsibility or refund my travel. Allows criminals to use their site as a platform for fraud. No thanks .

Viagogo cancelled first transaction so bought tickets elsewhere then an hour later to the second they took £485.60 fraudulently without authorisation - they don't engage despite emails calls and tweets - reported to the police and Action Fraud .
