Sold me overpriced home side tickets to a European football match only to find I was seated in the away section. Luckly stadium staff re-allocated me as they said if I were to go into the away section it would be "very dangerous" for me.

I bought two tickets to a Queens of the Stone Age gig at festival hall, not knowing I was on a VIa go-go resale site. Tickets at face value were something like $100-120 each, my tickets together cost $528 and still haven't turned up in the mail.

Got tickets for the wombats paid $649 for 2 tickets for a present. Got to 3 days before still no word on the day I was emailing frantically no response until 1 hour before the concert started saying they didn't have the tickets and I would be refunded. I paid so much for these first ones that I didn't have any left over to buy last minute tickets as a replacement. Left feeling like I let a friend down for his birthday

The customer service has been next to useless.Confirmation received about successful payment of ticket purchase in Oct 16 - expect tickets no later than 3 days before gig.6 days to go and still no idea if I will receive tickets!!Feel like they have no qualms taking money and that's the end of it.I will never ever deal with this company again even if tickets arrive.I will boycott them at every opportunity.

Similar experiences to others regarding Sarah Millican tickets. Overcharged. Hidden charges. No refuend even though cancelled transaction before completion.

We bought 2 tickets value at £65 for Adele, Viagogo charged us £434.43. That was in December, ok so I agreed to change tickets from them for a date Adele did not perform, disappointing but, their website and communications ought to be investigated by the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority), they take an investment on a ticket and when you get it, having misled via the website communications the date of the ticket is not what you have confirmed, (I had since confirmed the 29/06) and got the 01/07 and then they offer contradictory advice about how you should have obtained the right information!
