I have to admit that I sold tickets for a profit on VileGoGo but when the shame got to me I realised what a spiv I was being and sold the rest for face value or less on Twickets. They did fine me (ha ha coming from THEM?) for not confirming I had a ticket when someone wanted to buy it. I went like a lamb to the slaughter on a mission to make contact with whatever type of animal runs an organisation like this, but unsuccessfully. It even led to me to going on streetview to look for their so-called Head Office or whatever in Switzerland, I think. Not a bloody mention of VomitNoShow on the building anywhere. I reckon there are about six people worldwide who do anything like work for this chemical toilet of a company. I reckon they have spent all their budget on IT so they can basically set up a giant bot that spews hardworking people's disappointment and frustration at them in the form of cash. Brilliant, really, but it's what you would expect from the ultimate villain in a PIXAR film. So in tune with the "anything is possible" rules in the world of animation, I propose this: we take the "big six" morons and we smash their heads together so they all group together as one big head with six bodies and no arms. Then we release them into the wild to be hunted and hopefully eaten by some weird Tim Burton cartoon caterpillar thing. Anyone else got any ideas?

The credit card was charged though the site stated that the purchase was declined. Trying to get it back.

Sickening they can have a website selling tickets with NO PRICE info AT ALL until the price they want to sting you with on a foreign currency

One of my tickets for Adele's concert of 1 July never made to Holland. Then the concert was canceled. After many stressful days waiting for ny ticket, the trip arranged, the hotel booked, concrete was cancelled. My 6 emails to Viagogo were never answered. Then I received about 8 emails assuring me that I would get a full refund for my tickets. Still waiting. Their site is locked, very difficult to get in touch with them, from here no telephone number, no postal address. They should not be able to sell tickets at such high prices when the face value is about a fifth of the charged price. Shameful!

Got scammed by them and got news there are a company that you get through other people. Yet they don't advertise this.

I paid much more money as I thought I will pay.. the information about the delivery "3 days before concert" came after purchasing!!! I cancelled my debit card and hope that they won't get my money..

My tickets were only supposed to be 1400 usd but instead they charged 2100 usd, they refuse to reply to any message I sent on facebook and on twitter.

I have been fooled by this comany . Overcharged and very expensive lesson. $898.50 for 3 Wiggles Concert tickets. I just hope they are not fke . Have not recieved my tickets yet.

My Mum bought tickets to Paul McCartney she thought were $350 each but somehow turned into $1000 each by the time the transaction went through. Absolutely crooks!

Terrible company can't contact, no tickets arrived, extortionate prices not shown correctly. Amazingly though once I got bank involved they tried to contact me.

Paid £250 for tickets to a football match for unrestricted seat. Got their had a pillar in front of me. Paid £130 for a fight ticket to. E seated somewhere in the middle to get there and be seated right at the top!!! Never again!!!!!!

They took a booking in January for £540 for 5 concert tickets and 2 days before event said they couldn't fulfil the order. That must be fraud to sell tickets you don't have and they kept my money for all that time - free credit for them. How many others people money do they take under false pretences?? Disgusted with them.
