Disgusting conpany. Crooks. They take more money than they should without the customer's permission and then there's no way to get hold of them to retrieve it!!! They should be banned from trading!!!

I put my bank details in and the next screen showed the price. It had tripled, I cancelled my option to buy and a drop down menu asked why. One option was because the increased price, which I clicked, I closed the page and checked my account and hour later. £480 pending payment to viagogo. I did not agree to this. My bank were useless and said the money needs to go out before they can open a case. I will contact the bank and police fraud as well as trading standards. I did all this yesterday but the money needs to go out of my account before I can really do anything with them. The tickets would be invalid so technically it's fraud. Good luck, were all in the same boat

This company firstly scams you buy thinking there's not many tickets left then you don't see the final amount until you have confirmed. If I had seen 4 tickets to Disney on ice would cost me $600.00 there is no way I would continue they should be shut down .
