I paid well over the odds for tickets to see Kraftwerk, 8.5 months prior to the gig. The tickets didn't arrive and I battled to get a refund. I was left disappointed as it was a present to my husband for our wedding anniversary. He wanted to see them for years.

I went to buy Ed Sheeran tickets junking I'm paying £210 for 4 tickets, after I put my card details in it the balance then said £1157.15 you have paid ! I did not want to pay this much for my tickets ! This has caused so much emontional stress this week !

Viagogo is not following the 2014 contract regulations which allows people to request a refund within 2 weeks of buying. It's breaking the law.

My wife and I are devestated by this company. My wife just googled and bought tickets to frozen...she thought it was a new ticket company. So innocent and really ruining our little girls experience. They have taken more money out the other night. I honestly hate this company and hope they are removed.
