Theiving dishonest company that needs shutting down!

Viagogo is a Ripp of Money Agencie. The charged me for a Tiickert Aretha Franklin on July 1st, 2017 in Toronto with USD 369.96. I tried to sell the ticket and they indicated a return of USD 330.0. The ticket was never sold, nor a get the refund. In my oppinion, this is a fraud.

They are a totally fraudulent company who have a misleading web site and overcharge people by hundreds of pounds.

Stop this company from ripping people off! Stop them appearing in Google searches!

The company have sold me Ed Sheeran tickets that will not be valid and are refusing a refund despite my rights

Bought Leeds Festival Tickets for sons 18th . Panicked at the checkout when price inexplicably went up and still pressed purchase ( thought I was on the official site ) later discovered official tickets still available and I'd paid a ridiculously inflated price for tickets which I won't know if genuine till he arrives on the gate. Barclaycard wouldn't cancel the payment even though I rang them within minutes of making the error ( I still feel viagogo use fraudulent ( claiming last tickets etc) and high pressure selling techniques to con people into buying. Why no cooling off period? Stop this terrible - company once and for all. They are defrauding people daily. You can do your bit by removing them from google if you don't you are putting profits before stopping criminality.

They should be shut down and forced to refund everyone they cheated.

The tickets ended up being over twice as much as I had authorized, they are listed under someone else's name and account information. this is a scam and I have a 12 year old in tears that our tickets are fake.

Had lots of problems, got some tickets for a gig on Friday and fingers crossed will be okay, but from the amount I've read about this company it is hard not to be concerned. Also the extra money for booking fee etc they add on the top is a joke. The original gig being cancelled couldn't help at all, but their customer service is very poor, they have made big money from a tragic event which seems very wrong and I have read about a lot of people they have let down. Viagogo charged me £990 for 4 Coldplay tickets, didn't realise the booking fee was so high until after. Please no one else make the same mistake.

Ripped off and charged without consent, £1248 for tickets worth £267. Haven't even been told block, row, seat number of tickets! No Comms back from my recent emails, no tel no. To call. Left desperate and broke, after losing monthly salary! Please don't let this carry on happening!!

Charged $388.09 for two $79 tickets to see ocean colour scene ...Have been told by venue that they may not accept the tickets on the night!
