Got scammed by viagogo got to concert queued up in the pouring rain only to be told our tickets had already been used! Luckily managed to get new tickets and found we were on a whole row of people who had been scammed by viagogo. Get them off Google and get them shut down!!!!!!

So fed up of this company hiding under the guise of a "market place" and selling concert tickets for double, sometimes treble the face value, almost immediatley after they go on sale. They also add extortionate service fees and sending tickets with someone elses name on them!
How on Earth do they still get away with it?!

They have not answered 6 email messages for support with tickets I have sold but do not know how to send to the buyer. They do not answer calls until 7 days prior to the event so it will be to late to post by then!!! Extremely frustrated!

This website is a total joke! These ppl should be put behind the bars !!! Never had such a horrible experience! Paid £250 for two tickets worth £13 each! No face value no admin fee given before you pay!!

Remove this thieving fraudulent cowboy company. Took my money for ed Sheeran tickets that I don't have and will in invalid as venue won't accept e ticket they say I bought! Paid 5 times price of normal ticket also with hidden fees and charges they add at end!
