Sold my tickets and they have kept my money. You cannot contact them. Placing it in the hands of solicitors now to recover my funds and all costs associated with it.

In June I bought I bought 2 Ed Sheehan Tickets for almost $1000 AUD for his Mexico City tour. I advised that I was leaving Aus 2 weeks prior to the concert and needed them sent to a location in Mexico. They insisted that they would arrive in time so I believed them. But the day came that I was leaving the country and nothing showed up. I was forced to re-sell them through their website at less that half the price. But 2 days after the concert I received an email saying that the tickets I had resold were not in the seating that was claimed and therefore no money was refunded into my account. Wtf ?

1) Viagogo hasn't paid me for tickets I sold
2) they have also cancelled sales of my ticket a week after the concert. Furthermore, the customer support button was not available despite it happening just a week after the event!!!
They also refuse to reply via twitter

I have been charged £651 for four standing tickets to see the killers . Didn't even pay for a seat , what absolute idiots to charge that much for a ticket .
