Changes of date & location & Race kit return date & time without informing us formally. Everything has changed! You thought this is Taylor Swift & Ed Sheeran music run? Stop fooling people!

The worrrrsssst event i ever joined! 1. Pricing for early bird is much more expensive than the price offered after the early bird promotion. 2. Change location! We expect it to be at kl tower. But the organiser keep open for registration untill over the quota of ppl dat kl tower can accomodate. 3. Change date! Three days before the run they change the date. And yet, no official email received. Only updates on fb. Those that came from outstation who bought bus tickets and hotel room had wasted their money. 4. Running pack collection day. Super unorganized! Those that buy thru groupon need to line up more than 3 hours to collect their kit. Mountain dews was on the stage but when we ask for it,the staff tell us it is not to give to us! We reached at 11.30am on the 1st day,and they told us we cant choose our own tshirt colour (which before that they posted that we got three choices). To make it worst, some of us didnt get the correct size as registered. And the staff there is SUPER RUDE! They just push the incorrect size to us even it doesnt fit. 5. BAD RUNNING KIT. RM70 and wat we got is a tshirt which look like pasar malam tshirt, one cheap-looking shoelace for those buy from redtix, one malta drink and one wrist band. NONE OF IT ARE GLOWING. The tshirt quality is so terrible which i cant even use it as pyjamas. And the main sponsor drink...was exhibited on the stage and not given to us. I CAN TELL...SOME RUN WHICH COST WAY CHEAPER THAN THEM GIVE US BETTER KIT. 6. The organizer is not appologizing and fix the things rite! The refund time is during weekdays which make it WORST for us who working. No clear instrution on the refund and we need to push them like hell to get them reply our email. YOU THINK WE GOT NTG BETTER TO DO IS IT? And those who went to the venue, no PIC is there...it is an abandon store room with no one there. Only a piece of paper telling us to call for refund. WTH. 7. After all...what we get is just updates on fb telling us t

time n venue change again n again!so disappointed with the organizer!

I want to get full refund, cause keep change date, venue(2time) and very last minute inform we need to check our self on website, no received any announcement

I want to get full refund, the price for the run is not reasonable, is total Rm70, I had received nothing! Just a clothes and a can of malt drink! The organiser had make fool on us keep on changing and relocation for the run, from menara KL to dataran merdeka and now Setia City! Is Shah Alam! How I'm going to get there? This organiser still accept participants which already exceed 10k people, you imagine how could these people run together? There is no any safety assurances for all of us, so here I'm request for full refund!

I am not satisfied with the organizer poor arrangement from ticket pricing issue , race pack collection, rescheduled on the initial run date, and 2 times venue changed . The ridiculous arrangements had terrified the me and defeat the purpose of me joining GLOW RUN at the first place . I demand an official apologies statement and you should arrange a proper refund to all the terrified supposed-to-be-glow-runner participants . Thank you .
