I am not satisfied with the organizer poor arrangement from ticket pricing issue , race pack collection, rescheduled on the initial run date, and 2 times venue changed .
The ridiculous arrangements had terrified the me and defeat the purpose of me joining GLOW RUN at the first place . I demand an official apologies statement and you should arrange a proper refund to all the terrified supposed-to-be-glow-runner participants .

This is the worst organized event ever, What a failed planner. The original purpose was to enjoy the night run around KL Tower, then it keeps on changing location and time on last minute. Now the original reason of me to join the event has gone and I'm not from Klang Valley. Why would I still wanna join it? We want our money back!

i would like to get the refund as the location is too far and the organizer didn't manage to take care the participant which located in KL area
