I have to place mom into a nursing home for a few months while I have hand surgery this fall, and it would break our hearts if I were not able to visit her. Please change this rule. Thank you.

My sisters and I have not seen our mother since early March. Enough is enough!

Safe visitation for family members is a must. It can be done safely. The 28 day rule is draconian and unattainable as long as Covid is in the community. Please modify this part of the regulations as soon as possible.

My mother is in the Wartburg nursing home and after over 4 months Restriction we got to see her 1 time in person and next week Staff tested Positive and back to 28 days Restrictions! The family are being punished for Staff testing Positive! 28 days is too long! Someone else can come up Positive! Not Fair and Cruel! We are losing Precious time to spend with our Love ones! Cuomo Stop Separating families! Focus on be tough on Crime!

It is time to end the separation of residents from their families. A NYS Patient’s Bill of Rights requires that they have the best quality of care, which includes family access and support.

We need to be able to get inside nursing homes to see our loved ones with proper PPE regardless of being Covid free for 28 days. It’s too long & residents are dying of heartbreak

I want to see my Dad before his life is over. If the staff only meed to quarantine 14 days for a positive test and may return to work once clear. Why is my Dad still trapped

You let prisoners out of prison due to Covid 19, yet our mother who has done nothing wrong is locked away , unable to see her family. How is this fair ?
