EVERY City should have a TNR program, they should also pass a LAW to have ALL Vets lower their costs of neutering/spaying and LAWS to FINE humans that: 1)abandon their animals 2)let their cats outside to roam especially if they are not fixed!

TNR is very important. I live in BC, our govt gives us grants for our TNR program. I see my animal advocate friends in QUEBEC struggle to save cats on their own and it just is not necessary! !
