TNR is a long term solution to over population and to the abundance of stray animals. No just catch and kill

Trap Neuter Release Maintain. Community cats need to be fixed in order to end the cycle of suffering, They are everyone's responsibility, It's the only method that works.

TNR works. I know first hand. Rescues and feed colonies are now under control on the CSL streets
