The New Black Leadership Coalition would is strongly urging all Congressional members to vote in favor of extending the Unemployment benefits for the tens of millions of of out-of-work and under-employed in the United States of America. We believe it is the duty of our elected official to help ensure the domestic tranquility of the average American by extending these benefits. The Banks, Wall Street, Corporate America and the Military Industrial Complex have received tens of trillions of our tax dollars. Unemployment Benefits help prevent millions of average Americans from falling below the poverty line, losing their home, losing medical treatment and losing their dignity.
The momentum is undeniable and the message is clear. Our demand for support is finally getting the attention it deserves.

They bailed out the banks no problem but when it comes to the actual people who need it suddenly there is no money. Sick of this.
