There is no public transportation! To put housing here without that is ludicrous. There isnt anything in reasonable walking distance.

Put this somewhere where people can walk to stores or businesses. We live in the country because we love rural living, not because we want apartments and industry. Every year more tillable land is lost to development, which makes it harder and harder to find good hay for our animals.

Absolutely not! The amount of buildings that have sprung up is infuriating! The trash along the sides of the road is disgusting, the light pollution for us country dwellers is disheartening. Enough building already!!!! These things should be closer to urban areas.

We chose to retire here because of the location away from the towns and problems that go with town living. Most everyone in this area own their homes and take pride in keeping their properties nice. Please do not introduce low income rentals to our community.

I feel this housing would be better suited in an area where people can walk to a job... As a child growing up in Lounsberry we use to explore these fields/woods... that's why we live in the country and by adding this development on top of what's already been added (FedEx, Best Buy, Crown Cork and Seal) my nephews as well as other kids won't get to experience what I was able to experience... Plus the field being used is a source of food to a small farmers animals... take that away, the animals lose their hay...

This area is stricken with low income families which this housing development would help. My concern is, that low income housing developments attract people with drug problems, and people who have done wrong to put themselves in this position. This housing development has less to do with helping the area and more to do with making money off the tax payers and great people of this small community.

Why bring more section eight type clientele to this area? It's already being turned into an industrial park as it is. Don't make it even worse.

why would you build low income housing so far out in the country-- I here all the time that it is hard to get around without proper transportation already. I can't see how this would be a good idea. Not that 'low income' individuals don't have transportation, but I do see with some of the housing that is already in place, is where residents can walk to most (or many) needed facilities. Leave the country living to the people that enjoy peace and quiet-- most of them have moved to the country for just that reason.
