My husband and I moved to the area to be in the quiet country, and this would definitely have a negative impact on not only our household but everyone in the surrounding area. Subsidized housing does not fit in a rural setting.

I don't think this location is suited for this project. I think downtown Owego or just on the outskirts of Owego would be a better place for this.

Its a farm town they have already ruied it with the industrialized setting and now this. Put it with the rest in binghamton or else where. Leave the country the country side
