We the undersigned petitioner, request that the Canadian Federal Government recognize that homelessness in our country is a very serious issue that needs to be treated as a priority; We request that our Government respect the rights of our fellow country man/woman to live in dignity and have a place they can call home. We request that our government recognize every Canadian right to safe and affordable housing. Finally we request, that our Government takes it's responsibility towards it's citizens seriously and do whatever is necessary to end homelessness in Canada. We need our rights to live in dignity respected in our country and we need our government to respect this.
