The parole board has granted Tim his release. Knowing that so many people stood behind this effort provides immense comfort as he prepares to transition home.
This man has done his time. His family needs him. His Lord needs his service in our
Local church and congregation. God gives you second chances. Give him his.

He helped my kids in 4-H and the community activities. He showed up to events & ballgames. I believe he is a changed man.

Everyone makes mistakes, this is one of the nicest men I have ever met. Still remember all the voices classes I attended that Mr. Nicholson taught.

I believe Tim should be able to go home. His children, grandchildren, family, and friends deserve a chance to see him free again. To hug him, talk to him face to face. He isn’t a danger to society.

I have known people serve less time for murder! This is just a little ridiculous for Tim Nicholson to keep serving after all these years.
