We have managed to put up with the lack of service that circles our home- but when visitors from rural areas comment how bad our service is, makes you think twice. We have new phones and the service is still not improved. This is not ok considering the cost of our monthly service.

My phone consistently has one bar or less in my home. I am constantly dropping calls, and often have to go out to the back yard to make a call. Please, please, please build us a tower.

Horrible service with brand new cell phones! Constantly dropping calls at our house. We call Three Bell and Harmony the intersection of nothingness because we can't get service through the intersection. Please help fix this!

Wife and I have been with Verizon for nearly 20 years. Calls inside our house regularly drop and we can’t use our cell phones in a majority of rooms in our house. Even going outside to make calls does not always work. When using phone through car’s Bluetooth, we encounter dropped calls and dead zones all throughout neighborhood. Friends we talk to on the phone often comment that “we must be almost home” when it starts to get really bad. We are at the point of seriously considering another provider.

Very poor service in Summerfields; my calls get completely dropped in certain areas. There are only a couple spots in my house I can use the phone or the calls get dropped.

I work from home with a Verizon cell phone. My calls drop all the time even with my personal cell. Been with Verizon for 18 years and if this does not change I will need to change. I'm trying to be patient but my time is about up.

Inside my house the service is awful. It’s extremely disruptive as I work from home and am constantly cutting in and out. I also loose calls every single time I enter the neighborhood. Extremely frustrating!

I have Verizon and constantly drop calls at my house and can only talk on the phone if I'm near the front door, and even then the call breaks up frequently.
