According to the New York Post’s story, Hunter Biden in 2015 introduced his Father, then VP in the Obama Administration, to a Top Exec Vadym Pozharskyi at Ukrainian Burisma Holdings Ltd after Hunter joined the company’s board which was Paying him up to $83,000 a Month. The insinuation is that Hunter Successfully Influenced his Father to Pressure Ukraine Government officials “into Firing the Prosecutor Viktor Shokin, who was Investigating Corruption against Burisma. Facebook and Twitter took action to limit distribution (censored) the New York Post story citing Emails purportedly Revealing Evidence of Influence-Peddling by Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden. The Emails were obtained from a Laptop which had a sticker from the Beau Biden Foundation, and had been Abandoned at Computer-Repair Shop, named “The Mac Shop” in Wilmington, Delaware and owned by John Paul Mac Isaac, who then reported the laptop’s contents to authorities which determined that the laptop and hard drive contain fruits of criminal activity. Joe Biden and his family engaged in "Legal Corruption" despite claims of no wrongdoing and the Liberal Main Stream Media Refuses to Talk and will never Report about Hunter Biden’s laptop and emails, fearing Democratic Presidential Nominee Joe Biden will Lose the 2020 Election if this information is exposed to the American People. This is evidence that Joe Biden participated in his Family’s CASH-for-Influence Scheme with Shady Foreign Companies. The American People should be demanding that the Media investigate this scandal before they VOTE, but we know, the Media will never report on Hunter Biden’s emails because it would be harmful to Joe Biden.

Now more than ever womens allies need to speak out. If you are silent, and do nothing you are perpetuating the cycle of harassment. UC Berkeley managment needs to repudiate and hold accountable all levels of management that allow this sort of thing to happen, and to continue to happen.

Sarah Lacy would have never written up the article without reading the investigation. In her article https://pando.com/2018/02/23/bears-lair-untold-story-systemic-gender-discrimination-inside-uc-berkeleys-it-department/, Ms Kaskiris is shown to have confronted Ben Gross over the harassment and discrimination that women experienced on the team. Within days her position was planned to be eliminated by 'budget cuts' by Bill Allison. Interestingly this was just a few months after Bill Allison received a $40,000 salary boost for becoming the campus CTO – a position that was illegally given to him as it was never opened to others in violation of Equal Opportunity in Employment required under CA State Employment rules; potentially an act of cronyism by Larry. This ‘budget cut’ was also right after Bill Allison approved 10%+ salary increases to half the men on the EEI team a year after they had 25% salary increases. (https://ucannualwage.ucop.edu/wage/) - which makes one wonder how credible “budget cuts” were for eliminating Ms Kaskiris’ position.
The investigation was conducted by the same OPHD office with the same administrators as the one found severely deficient by the Department of Education at the recent conclusion of a 4-year investigation. Not just deficient; they were remanded to re-investigate certain cases!! https://www.sfchronicle.com/education/article/UC-Berkeley-mishandled-complaints-from-students-12718143.php
Even then the investigator couldn’t cover up for Riff Khan and Ben Gross – apparently because a male colleague participated in the investigation. There was a finding of ‘hostile work environment on the basis of gender’ which by law assigns fault to the administration (it is irrelevant if they knew or not about it) -> Larry Lyle Bill and Liz Marsh; the same administration that the OPHD office directed the findings for administrative action. This is beyond perverse; It is abusive.
In the article, Liz Marsh, seemed extremely eager into laying off Ms Ka

Bill and Larry have been supportive and encouraging towards all members of the campus community. Their hands are tied as they cannot defend themselves and their actions because their position of responsibility prevents them from commenting on private and confidential personnel matters. We do not have the full information about what the report contained and what action in consultation with UC B HR was taken against the perps. Larry has staked his entire career at UC B in bringing ALL members of the campus IT community together with OneIT. Bill has time and time again advanced careers of many women across campus. We will know the truth once everyone involved is put on the stand and has to give their testimony under oath in a court of law.

“The investigators agreed that Khan and Gross created a hostile work environment, based on gender. This violates the University’s rules and the discrimination protections of the U.S. Department of Education and of the Civil Rights Act.”

How come none of the UC B leadership has signed the petition? Do they support the actions taken? How come Vanessa Kaskiris was submitting awards nominations for the managers and the team if she truly believed that she was being discriminated against?

Vanessa Kaskiris, why did you complain about sexual harassment at your last job at the labs, and then file for harassment at your second job *after* you were fired due to budget cuts?

I'm impressed by women who stand up for what's right. A liberal arts university can't rest on it's "woke" laurels and not walk the talk.
