Time to make Hither Green Station fully accessible

In our seventies, it is difficult to climb all the stairs, especially when carrying a suitcase.

As a frequent visitor to Hither Green it's very difficult to negotiate the steps due to my age. My daughter often has to rely on a strangers kindness to help her with the pram. Please consider this improvement it's essential for this busy station.

Step free access would be best. Alternatively the Authorities might like to consider stepping right back to earlier last Century and employing Porters.

Much needed for older and disabled plus will save time.

A very busy station on a junction.basic infrastructure to achieve this is already in place as it was originally step-free.

i'm disabled and blind person and we should have access for all it's the tory's and the rich with they cut's it's going to get harder to you wait and see thank you and im say yes we can asks the mayor of london to for his help to cheer's

We need step free access to all platforms, this isn't a privilege but a necessity.

As a local mum I find HG station impossible to access with a pushchair. This causes me a daily struggle if either asking staff to help me up & down the numerous stairs or just walking miles out of my way to an accessible station.

We need this to happen not just for pushchairs but mainly wheelchair users. It's disgusting that the government are now going back on their word. Not really a surprise though.

Station access is a disgrace. No ramps apart from the main entrance what is a mum with a buggy or someone in a wheelchair going to do when they need to go to any of the other platforms?? Ridiculous.

Hither green is a busy station and we need easy access to all platforms olease

It's a nightmare if your travelling with small children in a pram or you are travelling in a wheel chair or your disabled

Station in drastic need of overhaul - terrible access for those with mobility issues and it is a large 6 platform station serving thousands.

Ridiculous this station is not step free!!

Hither Green Station must be updated so that all platforms have step-free access.

Although 1/3 of platforms have step free access a simple return journey would mean planning to ensure you do not need stairs. This should not be a choice someone has to make. To ensure public transport is open to everyone is a core requirement.

I travel regularly with my baby and sometimes there is no one to help me with the pram. It's very difficult to access most of the platforms.
