Time to make Hither Green Station fully accessible

As a pensioner with a torn knee ligament and back problem I have to travel to Lewisham and get a taxi to Hither Green when I visit my daughter at Hither Green as the station access is so dreadful and dangerous!

Yes! Ridiculous given how many families live in the area! V stressful atation to use, never knowing if you will find a friendly face to help up and down stairs.

Hither Green is an area full of young families. A lift is badly needed at the station.

Following a broken ankle & having to return to work on crutches I found Hither Green station impossible to tackle with all the stairs on the Springbank Road entrance & for 6 weeks I had to use buses. Also when my eldery mother comes to visit she will travel to Grove Park & take a taxi (both ways) to within 200 meters of the Hither Green, Springbank Road entrance as she can't cope with the wonky unever stairs & platform surfaces. Having to spend her pensions because of National Rails failings is an utter disgrace. Just not acceptable!!!

Will be taking my baby to nursery soon by Waterloo so the steps are going to be really hard work for us every day

Why are the exit ramps sealed off? It's a nightmare with kids.

I used this station to go to Guys and St Thomas' whilst under going treatment for cancer. At times it was such an effort climbing all the steps and going up and over the bridges.

Please make this busy station far more accessible. The bridges look and feel like they will fall down and must be a nightmare for anyone not fully mobile

For all people, able bodied, disabled , children and Mums with buggies the access nneds upgrading as soon as possible.

Ramps straight to the platforms, not just the middle two out of six would be good! Some better architecture if that could be done for a reasonable cost would be good too - it looks temporary.

I am a reasonably fit pensioner, but I find the uphill entrance to Hither Green very tiring. People with young children or luggage also struggle, especially using the stairs to change platforms.
