Time to make Hither Green Station fully accessible

I have a child and its impossible to travel alone with him from this station at the moment given the accessibility restrictions.

So many people need an accessible station nor just those with disabilities but young families as well as the elderly.

This is long overdue. There are so many steps at HG station and no disabled access at all. It's shocking.

Although my kids are bigger now that don't need buggies anymore, but I do remember those days, that we have to try and take the trains which will stop at platform 4....sometimes they changed at the last minutes.... I dont even take trains if just myself and two kids with buggy. You just can't expect if anyone will be there and willing to help you ....it should have lift or ramp ages ago especially so many young families lives in Hither green!

The lack of accessibility to all platforms is genuinely disgraceful in this day and age - it's frankly discriminatory, especially when it would be so easy and inexpensive to achieve at this particular station!

Yes! This is well needed, HG station is a very popular and step free access is a necessity for every person to be able to use

Step free access at Hither Green station would be fantastic. As a mother with a young child, not being able to use the station as much as I would like as I cannot lift the pram up and down stairs, really has an impact on things I can do as not being able to use public transport for this reason restricts me.

It is discriminatory that people who can't use steps can't take anywhere bear full advantage of Hither Green Station. It is ridiculous how people have to queue up to trudge across the narrow bridge from platform 6. I find the situation insulting to passengers.

Station access needs improving the platforms are all uneven also , staircase and bridge how old are these and how truly safe are they ? How would the station cope if there was an emergency and quick exiting would be required for safety ?

When I first moved here and after the station was renovated, we were able to use all slopes, it's about time to use all again.

Such a busy station should have a step free access, especially counting there are a lot of families and small children in the area.

For a station with many preexisting ramps, locked out of use, this makes perfect sense.

I can only use Hither Green Station to go up to London from Platform 5. coming back I have been stranded on Platform 2 after an unscheduled change of platform, so I now do not come back to Hither Green from London.
