I struggle to get my two young children on to a platform with steps my daughter is only 8months old and I hate bumping her up and down the stairs

My mum who is 84 struggles to walk up the ramp at Hither Green station even with a rest on the half-way bench....then there are the steep and uneven stairs to climb if you don't get off at platforms 5 or 4. Easier access is really necessary.

It's a nightmare with 2 young children, often have to go to Lewisham or Lee and walk.

There are too many steps to negotiate before reaching the platforms. Filthy rain drips down on one's head from the roof on both the walkway through the tunnel and over the steps and on the bridge. There should be a separate entrance/exit to and from the Platform opposite No.5 which was open years ago when I first moved to the SE in 1973.

As a mother with a pushchair, step free is essential. Hither Green is a very busy station and it's appalling there are only outdated facilities.

I have enough trouble getting the buggies up the steps hate to know how wheelchair users feel !

It's 2016. Every station should be fully accessible for the disabled. This should have been done years ago given the ramps are already in situ.

The number of times friends and family have had access issues at the station is really ridiculous. It's about time this is sorted and combined with how terrible the footpaths are around the station, I'm surprised there hasn't been a lawsuit as yet. SORT IT OUT!

I'm sick of having to try and get up and down the stairs holding a buggy - I fear greatly that one day and will fall hurting myself and my poor child. It's unacceptable. Honestly, cut through the red tape and put some lifts in!!!!!

my elderly mother recently visited, she has walking problems and it was very tiring and difficult for her to get over the footbridges. It's ridiculous all ramps up to platforms are not open

Awful access for those with accessibility issues or parents of small children. Parts of the station seem downright dangerous also. The dream would be to have more access via Fernbrook road too.

All stations should be accessible - but the fact that Hither Green with several platforms has yet to meet the grade is an example of just how difficult it is for disabled people to get around London. Network Rail should do much better than this.
