EVERYONE DESERVE A SECOND CHANCE AT LIFE. IF HIS FREEDOM IS GRANTED WHO KNOWS HOW MANY LIVES HE CAN SAVE JUST FROM HIS MISTAKES. WHERE WE COME FROM WE ALL MAKE BAD CHOICES. 24 years is more then enough. If his family and friends feel that he has rehabilitated developed and grown and they are willing to be by his side and support and guide him, give the man another fair shot !! Everyone deserves a second chance no matter what. Especially after 24 years !!
