We need to see the full logical base. WOW! I agree with Bill! Rare is rare. Put that in the family bible! But, he is right. We need to see the basics. Not a fluff show.

The elephant in the room is the issue of transparency. They don't want you to know anything, so they don't share anything.

Wish our city government use taxpayers' money in a proper way. Newcastle is not a big city, so any overspending mistakes may cause worse consequence.

City Council of Newcastle is responsible to work FOR the citizens of Newcastle; this includes transparency and sound financial strategies that maintain/enhance/support/protect our neighborhoods, Instead, our infrastructure is struggling to handle the growth of "approved land use" at the expense of our trees, trails, and ability to get from point A to point B. In return, we continue to be assessed at home values not yet realized in our neighborhoods, and asked to pay additional fees and taxes.

I'm very concerned about the perception that the mayor was on the take in the purchase of Newcastle City Hall. I'm also concerned about all the development recently done in the neighborhood with insufficient traffic mitigation for the new residents and fear I'll have to move out of the neighborhood because I can barely cope with the terrible traffic as it is.

Please hold a town hall meeting in September, when more people are in town and when the budget numbers are available for 2018.

Its well past time for Newcastle City government to embrace total transparency. Based on previous performance, and attempts to evade citizen oversight particularly, with regard to financial and tax decisions
the citizens now demand full disclosure of all proposed or pending revenue and spending proposals before decisions are made or actions taken.
