On the heels of politics, being too concerned with political correctness, and information mismanagement and omissions, it is time for CDC Director Dr. Tom Frieden to step down. As a physician with the charge of protecting America's public health he should have always put the safety of U.S.'s healthcare workers and their patients as his primary concern.
