We need to keep trophy fish in our rivers and lake's and practice fair Chase so our grand children have them, not in pay lake's so the greedy can profit.

Kentucky needs strong regulations on catfish I've seen a huge decrease in the size and numbers of catfish on the Ohio River in the last 6-7 years that it makes me not even want to drive down to fish it for fun anymore. Commercial fisherman are ruining the natural resource.
