No reasoning behind allowing trophy fish to be taken from public waters and stocked in private lakes for profit! Especially knowing they are overstocked and fish are dieing of disease and starvation!

It is ridiculous to remove these fish from their native water. These fish should be protected to ensure future generations can also enjoy them.

Unregulated commercial river and lake fish is wiping out our natural fishery. Honestly there should be a moratorium put on commercial fishing.

This needs to stop,Catfishing is the next biggest thing to Bass and our resources are not unlimited and if it doesn't stop commercial fishing our kids will have nothing to fish for in 20 yrs

We need tighter and stricter regulations on catfish.....IMO they are as much a game fish as a bass or crappie.....they generate revenue, attract tourism....why waste a natural resource that's indigenous to your state? Why not protect it and help it thrive?

paylakes are killing thousands of pounds of trophy catfish a year all over money and greed put a stop to the paylakes and are trophy catfish being took from are rivers and lakes

The Ohio River needs the people to stand up and protect fishing resources in our river systems, You can fin a descent 20lb catfish anywhere for days and they were once a plentiful fish and fun to catch(and release) for other to catch as myself on a return trip...
