the new captchas are a joke. ticketmaster needs to stop making it easier for bots by making it impossible for real people to buy seats
its literally impossible to read them. tired of missing out on concerts because the site is basically broken
Spent 20 minutes trying to type in a code that looked like wingdings. By then the show was sold out. Fix this garbage.
Seriously? I could barely make out the letters on the last one. Just want to see my favorite band without jumping through hoops.
SO ANNOYING. tried 5 times and still couldn't get the code right. give us a break.

total nightmare. i got locked out for 'too many attempts' even though i was typing it right. never had this issue before.
