Ticketmaster recently made some radical changes to it's word verification system in an attempt to stop automated programs from working. They've now made the words so hard to read that regular customers can't even get past the verification without making 3-4 failed attempts first! By the time we get past that, all the good tickets are gone. Bring back the old word verification system, where us little guys had a chance of actually getting the tickets we want!
