The feedback I keep hearing is that our city needs more recreational space for all ages to enjoy together. I am currently working on setting up a formal meeting with the city council to present our demands directly. Call your local representative today and tell them why this waterfront park is necessary for our community.

Finally. The waterfront has been a total mess for years. We need a place for kids to go that isnt just the mall.
YES! My son has been asking for a skate park forever. It's about time this city started caring about what the youth actually want.
Building this would bring so much life back to the downtown area. Stop wasting time and just get the shovels in the ground.
We need more green space. The skate park is a bonus. Thunder bay needs to modernize already.
Too many kids getting kicked out of parking lots for skating. Give them a place to go and they will stop causing trouble. Simple.

Absolutely love this idea! It would be really nice to walk along the water and actually have somewhere to sit and enjoy the view.
