This Post Office is extremely important to retain in this neighborhood. Relocate it temporarily then reopen it as ground floor retail.

I am disabled and I use two canes and I need this post office. It is the only one that is handicapped accessible with parking! Thank you for keeping it open!

This post office is very important in the neighborhood. I use it all the time and many old people lie n the neighborhood and closing this would be very hard on them.

The post office is a pillar to our community. So many business', Kaiser employees, and the people in the community depend on the location.

This postal service is vital for this neighborhood and many residents and locals depend on it. A developer should look elsewhere and not jeopardize an already dwindling federal institution that serves all and not the privileged few.

Please keep the Piedmont post office. As a senior who relies on public transportation, it would be very inconvenient to have to go to a post office that is further way.

Closure of this post office will cause hardship for many of us, especially those who do not (or cannot drive) or get around easily.

Look , this is OUR post office , not some random piece of "real estate" just sitting around vulnerable so that some greed driven gold rush fever mania , a serious disease that has so far , claimed terrible losses in Oakland...but it is not too late for this infection to be stopped in it's tracks...so "We The People" have had enough of this speculative land grabbing , land banking , money laundering "deals" that result in things like tent camps all around....rents need to be so called "affordable" TO BEGIN WITH!!..then their wouldn't , there shouldn't be any f##//@# red tape "programs" with "waiting" lists , and all that other de-humanizing b s , just to have a roof over their heads...Get real here...This HISTORIC POST OFFICE IS STAYING....it is a historic landmark btw., also.

It would really be a problem for me to have to go elsewhere for the services the post office provides
