Please don't close the station. We all rely on it in this area.

Please do everything you can to keep the Post Office on 40th St. on Oakland open. It is so important to keep it open since it is the only one in the area that is easily accessible for myself as well as many others in the community. Thank you, Richard Chaikind

This post office is a wonderful neighborhood resource and the only nearby post office with easy parking for package drop off. We also use it for passports as it is the designated drop in/no appointment location. We need to keep this post office!

Barbara, please see what you can do to help keep this post office from being torn down. It is handy because of the parking lot, as I have gotten old. You once helped me get my MFCC license when my supervisor had not kept his license up to date when he was supervising me for my 1500 hours back in the 1980s. As a 75 yr old who counts on being able to walk to my post office on 41st St., I emphatically object to the plan to tear down this essentIal neighborhood resource.

We need a post office at the Piedmont Ave. location. Either leased space in the new building planned for this location, or somewhere else nearby.

This post office is so needed in the neighborhood! I have been going there for years and find it a really important service to the community. Without it, the lines on Grand Lake and Montclair will be way too long. Montclair is already too small for that neighborhood. Thank you.

This is a very important post office, I use it at least 2 times a week & notice that businesses do to. It is vital for many seniors who live in the area & who do not drive. It actually has parking. It is heavily used. Save our post office.

This location is convenient, and I do not have to pollute the air by driving to a more remote location. I know I am one of many area residents in this situation. Please reconsider the closing.
