Really difficult to even make it to this station for the many Ederly - many Veterans who have called the easy slopes and not so easy slopes of Piedmont Ave - Area Home. It is unnatural to not have a reassuring POST OFFICE for sending correspondence out and Bill's on time. Please keep this well needed Station Open.

I use the Piedmont Station P. O. a minimum of one to two times per week. It is always busy. Also, given the volume of housing construction happening on Broadway, the need for a station in Piedmont Ave. area will be massive.

See reasons 1-6. Consider them carefully, from a resident/business point-of-view.
Thank you

Please either keep this post office open as is, or place a retail post office in the same space so people can still interact with a live postal worker to send packages or pick up mail that is too big for a PO Box. The neighborhood needs a full service post office at this location.

Since the plan to redevelop this site is already moving forward, it is imperative that a retail post office location be included on the ground floor of the development. The Piedmont Avenue Post Office is a superior institution and provides a crucial community service to residents of the area of all ages. Please ensure the developer is held accountable to the community by ensuring the inclusion of a retail post office location. Thank you very much.

Please do NOT eliminate the Piedmont post office! We can't sacrifice a hugely important public resource for condos! They are already building condos for seniors over at the Rockridge center. Please don't take away our post office! It's the only one around with parking and easy access!

The Piedmont Station has been my Post Office location since I purchased my condominium 27 years ago in 1990. It is very convenient, the people working there have been good and friendly, and I would be extremely disappointed to have the Post Office and this developer take away from us/me a valued asset of these 27 years. I feel very strongly that the Post Office has an obligation to serve the public and it would fail to do so by eliminating this service location.

Having walkable amenities is an important part of what makes our neighborhood so special. Replacing our local post office (which services many neighbors, based on how busy it always is when I go in there) with a condominium will diminish our neighborhood.

We need inexpensive contemporary housing but not at the expense of losing our local and convenient post office. Developer - please find other land to build your condo. Thank you.

I am 78, have a neuromuscular disease (CMT) and walk with the aid of two canes. I can park at this post office and it is so accessible. Please let it stay!!!

Keep the neighborhood post office! It benefits the many, where condos benefit the few!
