Had computer ready and at 9.58 all tickets sold out! Not on when advertised sale wouldn't start until 10 am

Logged on at 945 refreshed at 959 entered the promo code and wouldn't even let me enter any details
Was gonna go for my birthday as its a good four hours to travel there would of spent a good £100 with hotel and petrol was hoping for the offer to help out a bit

So I woke up all buzzing that I was going to 've getting a ticket for 12p . Typed my code all in at 9.56 and said all sold out, how is this fake? To try build up Thorpe parks reputation bang out of order and very unfair :(

Exactly at 9:59 I opened the site and at 10:00, causing me the code. Website crashed after 1 minute (10:01) showed me a message that everything is sold.

Had an alarm set for 09:30 for the last two weeks and was trying from 09:45 until after 10:00 and was given the sold out sign from the beginning and then told I had already entered. Not an email back or comment on my review on their page. They obviously don't care enough but worth a sign I suppose! Disgusted with their petty excuse of technical difficulties too.

i logged on at 10:03 thinking i was quick enough to get some tickets and has sold out ... think its discusting as they was selling them before 10am should be sued for misconduct...

Very disappointed as I expected the tickets to go on sale at 10am. Logged on for 9:55 am entered my details to be told they had all gone !
think more needs to go on sale!! what a joke!
