Was sat there from 9:50 refreshing page would not let me put in code until 10am and then put in the code and took five minutes to ask for my details to then find out they had gone on sale early and I missed out not happy

I was online at 9.55 and tried continually until 10.05 until it said sold out! Ridiculous

My mum tried to get tickets from 9.30am. They were sold out by 9.55am when they was supposed to go on sale at 10am

Don't advertise an event to start for 10am and then start it beforehand!!! Disgusted with Thorpe park right now

Very disappointed with not getting tickets even though like many others I sat waiting since 9:50 refreshing to be told at 9:58 they had all sold out.. Customer service message was also very rude via Twitter

Release more tickets at the time promised. Was unfair for those that were waiting for 10 o'clock. Very disappointed.

Was waiting from 9:50. Submitted the code and nothing appeared for the next 10 minutes. Screen shot for proof. Kept having to refresh and enter the code again....

I went to get some tickets for my family as a surprise but wasn't able to get any as the tickets were gone before the sale started

I logged in at 9.57am by which time tickets were sold out. Thorpe park state in their email that tickets went on sale 2-3 minutes. This clearly wasn't the case.

I logged on before 10am and was able to put code send details in ok...but tgdn got told at 9:58 tickets had all sold out! Just not on
