All everyone was trying to do was play fair and follow the rules that the park set themselves, now Thorpe park seem to be playing it unfair and have let many down by this issue that I understand is out of their hands as a tech fault but as its their organisation and their park they need correct it. People who followed the rules and fairly are getting hit by the ramifications, I don't see what the problem would be with doing a resale, this would be fair on everybody and give the ones who missed out due to a fault a chance to actually have a fair go instead of it being unfair and not correcting it, this would make people a lot more happy, even if it was 1000 tickets.

I don't see why we should be penalised for following the rules. Release some more tickets at the correct time and give us another chance.

I was online at 5 to 10 to get this but they had sold out despite supposedly not going on sale til 10. Utterly disgusting

i logged on bang on 10am and had been on site 10 minutes earlier too, everytime I entered promo code the page refreshed until 10.03 I got to enter details then got a message to say sold out !!! Not happy !!

So misleading. You can't advertise that the tickets go on sale at 10am and then make an error which means they get sold out BEFORE the official time.

I put my code.in a 9.58am but all the tickets were sold.out. we should get another chance and it should be on time.
