Think it is very unfair that tickets were put on sale before the allotted time, we visit every year and yes it would have been very nice to be one of the lucky few, but was not given the chance

Very disappointed in Thorpe Park people who waited until 10am as they were instructed to do so were not given a fair chance. Absolutely discusting!!!

I was so disappointed. I can't afford to treat my kids usually this would have been a lovely treat that I could afford. My high opinion of Tussaud is now tainted slightly

I feel this has been a case of miss selling, i feel very let down by such a large company, and the unscrupulous types that probably got the tickets will be re - selling them on ebay. !

Waited patiently for 10am to arrive put code in sold out! Emailed them as wasn't happy as it must have been open earlier really unfair not happy wasted my time.

Absolute farce, logged on before 10am to wait, noticed could put code in. Did so and all sold out 3 mins before expected! Rubbish

Unethical practice. I tried to secure ticket at just after 10 & all had gone 3 mins before advertised time for booking opening.

Yes. Technical error is no excuse. The should have done this and doubled up. They are valid for a year after all

I am so desapointed!!! I really took the morning staying in just to get the tickets, and was ready at 10 am and its very fustrating....not happy at all !

At 9.58 tickets had all sold out 10 on dot done again all sole out basically I think it's scam to get details for marketing

Not happy as I was logging on to this from 9.30 in morning and been told they sold out at 9.45
