Thorpe park re-sell 12p tickets

I was on the website too and told me sold out at 10.00 am. It was scam.

I went onto the site and entered all my details before 10am yet they were still sold out!

I have a screen shot stating that they were sold out at 9:58. Not impressed! That should provide all that applied with the 12p tickets

I have already complained to Thorpe Park and in communication with them in regards to this

This was disgusting...we were disappointed after setting 3 different alarms so we wouldn't miss it.

Not happy about this I waited till 10 as it stated. There should be no excuses for a mistake like this.

I was waiting for 10oclock like everyone else and missed it. It is ridiculous

My 2 children and myself were sat at computers and phones at 9.45am counting down ready and waiting for 10am.. The chances of getting these tickets were slim as if everyone that got tickets got 4 that would of only been 460 people roughly.. But it was Thorpe parks mistake that they went on sale early so we definatly had no chance of getting these tickets. Totally unfair..They were ment to go on sale at 10am not be sold out by 10am. Sorry there mistake that should be rectified.

Really poorly organised & should not have let people purchase tickets before 10am- like it was advertised!

very disappointed something needs to be done

I was very upset to be informed it has sold out 2 mins before 10 me and at least 6 of my friends were all trying to get some for a group outing very disappointed

they should send a email to all who tried to get the tickets yesterday offering them free or 12p tickets!!

i feel that they should email everyone who entered that day and offer them at least 2 tickets at 12p!

Absolute sham so disappointed I watched my phone turn to 10am that morning of the 25th and had all sold out, from very unhappy parents to 2 very unhappy children

Totally agree. Very frustrated

You can't put a time and not stick to it so unfair even if it a tech problem

V unhappy, as I really wanted to take my step daughters. Normal prices are too high for us to afford it :-(

Furious, 2 very unhappy children. My son desperate to go for his birthday. We have Chessington passes so always go there, cant afford merlin passes. Now my youngest has reached 1.4 they both desperate to try Thorpe Park. Went to work late as sat waiting for 10am. I did put details in at 10am but never heard back even though it didn't say sold out. Even my kids are so upset as to how unfair this is
