Thorpe park re-sell 12p tickets

It clearly stated that it would open at 10am and having run competitions and similar in my job surely this is gill illegal. Absolutely disgusting.

Gutted I waited for the correct time before I logged on! This will be my only chance to get there this year!

It wasn't "a few minutes" they were all sold out by 9:45 and most people didn't even have the opportunity to put in their details before 10am! Utter joke and discounts need to be offered as recompense.

Hope they do something about it

Sold out by 9.56 am, sent Thorpe park an email at 9.58 am, just to received an automated email to apologise that demand was high and tickets went on sale a little before anticipated, come on Thorpe park this really isn't good enough, it advertised st 10 am, then 10am GMT it should have been! Not a single minute before,

I got a message at 9:58 saying all had been sold already, I thought this was a mistake as too early so tried again I had problems on all three of my devices and once I did get through they had sold out as all tickets had been claimed before 10am and I hear that confirmation and emails had already been sent out, with a lot of the winners already claiming and purchasing their cheap tickets in fear they would be take away. I feel they have our data and can see who the real ppl are who should have had them from 10am onwards, I feel these people should also be awarded the offer. X amount of people past 10am start time, up to 1871 tickets claimed stop point. It is no fault of the ppl who got them early so they also should keep their tickets. It's funny how I've read that staff members had no trouble in purchasing the promotion surely they should have been excluded from the promotion as work there? Thorpe park have not stuck to their rules they should have had something in place to make any thing before 10am to be void and ask the person to try again at 10am. It was always going to be a high volume they claim the website didn't crash or have issues but I my self experienced them, the iPad and iPhone kept refreshing once put the code in to the previous page, going round in circles and the pc laptop was hopeless once got in on that very late on it said invalid code. Totally unfair on those who stuck to the rules. How can you just change an official start time. Very disappointed

I waited from 9.45am and checked at 9.50am still hadn't gone on sale then again at 9.55am it said enter code which I did and said tickets sold out , it's so unfair that they had been sold out before 10am we never even had a chance , I think Thorpe Park should at least give the family's that they wronged our children free entry

I am utterly outraged by this as I was on the website at 9:28 and all the tickets were gone.Thorpe park have false advised and as a professional buisness,you should do something to fix it.

My son is so upset feels it is very unfair as he was planning on going with his dad who was ill last year & so couldn't do much with him. It was going to be his birthday present to his dad.

give me another chance to get the 12p tickets please! It's unfair that they were sold out at the said time which was 10am, when many loyal customers like myself were ready to purchase at the promised time.
