Waited till 10! Selling earlier is really unfair! I probably wouldn't have got ticket at 12p as I know many tried, but having an unfair chance by selling earlier is not the way to run a business

I think it's disgusting that this has happened. There are many ppl out there including myself that was waiting and following the advertised promotion and now your blaming it on technical issues this is still your fault and blatantly false advertising. Something should be done.

This is false advertisement! As I signed on early but didnt do it until 10 as that is when they said it was due to open! Very unfair.

I think it is really out of order to false fully advertise something and believe Thorpe Park should do this event again and issue 10,000 tickets to compensate
