Totally disgusted that the tickets were sold out before 10! Some of us waited till the time given and we're very disappointed to find they had sold out before hand

This was not a fair opportunity. As it Eason sale way before ten as I went on at five to and the tickets was gone.

I unfortunately was busy at that time so couldn't try. I do however think it's unfair that people were waiting for 10am only to find they were sold earlier. Thorpe Park should do the right thing and release tickets to those who waited till 10am and would've gotten the tickets had it been done at the correct time. Fingers crossed for you all

Absolutely discusted, was on website saw I could put code in before 10.00am but constantly telling me incorrect code so emailed to ask for help no response, funny enough though around 10.15 I could use the same code that had told me incorrect code worked but surprise surprise they had all sold out and have been told by many people that they had gone by 9.56am, I think a massive scam just to get everyone's information not a happy bunny

Very disappointed with this so called promotion. Was on the website at least 2 hours before the sale price to find out they were sold out at least 5 minutes before!!

Absolute joke, I was refreshing the page from 9.50 and then at 9.56 it said sold out for me so it went live before they have said!!!

Waited from 9.00 started to try at 09:58 kept getting invalid code message on 2 devices and 'sold out' on another 2! This was before 10:00!!
