i was on from 9.56 and also put in the code and followed the instructions to be told all tickets had been sold out. i think this has been either a massive mistake or publicity stunt leaving a lot of people disappointed. come on Thorpe Park, get your act together - telling people it was a technical problem is just not good enough.

I tried and was told at 3 mins to ten that they had sold out so I tried and yes they had gone!!! Ridiculous as it was unfair that the company released early plus I have emailed a complaint to Thorpe park!!!!

I logged on from 10am and all sold our. Technical problem on page as I entered the promo code at least 12 times before I could enter my details .

Terrible behaviour.
Everyone who put in their details between starting selling and 10:10am should get them for 12p as good will gesture for Thorpe Parks bad management skills.

Might also be worth someone looking into whether this is a breach of trading standards. I think it is due to misleading information, but no expert.

Very disappointed. Sat waiting poised from 9.35 waiting for the 10am deadline to apply only to find out they had been sold earlier. Not happy

Sat waiting 10 mins early not realising I could put the promo code in as it started early. When I tried at 9.57 all tickets was sold out. Unfair for everyone who had been wanting a chance to win.
