I understood that demand for tickets was going to be high. But this was misleading and not very professional that although advertising the release of tickets at 10.00am, it actually went live a good few minutes before. Not good enough Thorpe Park.

I got in entered my code my name my post code and my email to get tickets sold 9:59 fuming than to find out tickets sold out 9.56 joke I hope something is done this is completely wrong an Thorpe park need to fix it

I was up from 7.30 getting the site ready so I didn't miss out I sumited the request the second it turned to 10.00 and was sold out i think it is disgusting that this happened I wanted to take my young children I wasn't given the opportunity to even try.

Went onsite at 09:56 was able to put my details in to be told sold out. Total misuse of advertising ! Very wrong

Unfair that the tickets were sold out before the time they were advertised for either they were put on earlier for staff which left nothing for public sale or their timer was on the wrong time so which one was it?
