We the taxpayers of Thorold ask Thorold City Council to keep our outdoor pool open until our new facility on Richmond street is completed. In the interest of physicle activity for our youth, which Thorold has championed in other ways by introducing bike lanes and supporting walk or bike to work campaigns in recent years.
